Shipping & Handling

Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Packages typically take 5-10 business days to arrive at your shipping destination.

If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email as quickly as possible.

 

Most orders are sent via UPS and the email we will send you when your product ships will include the package tracking number.
We may also use Federal Express, at no additional cost to you, and you will receive a FedEx tracking number.
You may use your tracking number to get the expected delivery date of your order directly from UPS or FedEx.
If your package is not received in accordance with the expected delivery date provided by the shipper, please contact customer service within 5 business days, and we will file a claim for you with the shipper.
If you do not notify customer service within 5 days after the shippers expected delivery date, provide an invalid email address, or provide an incorrect address, the package and all associated shipping charges are your responsibility.

Return Policy

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned merchandise must be shipped back to Best Baby Stuff Online within 30 days of the original customer delivery date.

Only items that are in their original packaging and in new condition with a "Return Authorization Number" will be accepted for return.
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returned items, unless items are damaged or defective.
Items returned after 30 days of delivery date will not be accepted.


When you contact us, we will issue you a "Return Authorization Number" if the product meets the "Return Guidelines" listed here:

-All returns must be new, unused and contain all of the original packaging, instructions and accessories.
-New and unused means original, never used and in saleable condition.
-DVDs and CDs can only be returned if unopened. Defective DVDs and CDs that have been opened will be exchanged for the same title.

 

Best Baby Stuff Online is committed to keeping our prices low.
For this reason, upon receipt of a valid return the purchaser will be refunded the cost of the item, LESS SHIPPING COSTS. Shipping Costs are the costs we paid to ship the merchandise to you originally under our "Free Shipping" promotion.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Incorrect shipping addresses that have already been shipped are subject to a change of address fee and a possible additional shipping fee.

 

 

Orders Refused On Delivery

 

For orders refused on delivery, when we receive the return, we will refund the amount of the orderLESS SHIPPING COSTS to the credit card.

For orders refused on delivery, the shipping costs are what we paid to ship the order to you plus the cost we paid to ship the order back to us when it was refused on delivery.

 

Please note: Refusal of delivery shipping charges will not apply to orders damaged in shipping.

 

If an order is reshipped, the customer will be responsible for a 2nd shipping charge.

 

 

How to Return Merchandise

Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.
